Jeff Clow
Jeff Clow is a former monthly columnist for Tuff Stuff Magazine who authored the original “Kenner Collector” column and later the “Figure Fan” column for a total of 17 years - from 1989 to 2006. In a Wall Street Journal article about the explosive growth of Starting Lineups as a collector’s item, he was referred to as “the voice of the hobby”.
Jeff graduated from Oklahoma University and joined Procter and Gamble. He had a series of assignments in sales and marketing roles and was ultimately a Recruiting and Training Manager at P&G’s headquarters in Cincinnati. He joined Neo - a consulting company headquartered in Connecticut - in 1990 and held a series of leadership roles culminating with being named CEO in 1997. That same year, Neo was acquired by Information Resources, Inc - a $700 million company headquartered in Chicago. At IRI, he served as President of IRI’s consulting division and Executive Vice President of the parent company for several years.
In recent years, Jeff started a photo tour company after many years as a travel and nature photographer. He now leads photo tours across the globe and his photographs are used by companies as diverse as Disney, Time magazine, National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. He resides with his wife in a suburb of Dallas, Texas and still has an SLU collection that contains over a thousand pieces.
